Being in the industry for almost 6 years, I have run across many clients asking me to provide them with the CHEAPEST item we have available. Personally, I find this a big irony. You are promoting your company or organization and yet you are indirect devaluation your worth or credibility.
Promotional merchandise are mainly used for employee recognition, client appreciation gifts and customer acquisition. Do really want to tell your recipient that this is how CHEAP you really think of them?
Promotional Merchandise is a most cost-efficient way of reaching your target market, creating more impression per penny spent than all of the other media. The product you give your target market reflects your company. What do you think you clients would think about your company if you give them a business card printed on a regular typewriting paper? Would they even bother to call you or keep the business card even? Never going to happen, right?
There is world of difference between cheap and competitive priced items. Competitive in a sense, it is lesser than commodity prices in the market but the quality is the same. Being a member of British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA), we are able to offer the most competitive price in the market just because of the volume of business we generate for our suppliers. There is a certain limit of standards in terms of quality that we have to adhere to.
This is how we value our clients’ brand.
When you say CHEAP, the price is low because the quality is sacrificed. Is that really what you want to impart to your employees, clients and more so to your prospects? That you are cheap and you don’t care about quality!
With the product specialist we have at Yellow Pig Promotions we can work with your objective given the budget you have available to spend.
We can help you put together an effective and creative marketing campaign that would create an impression to your target market. The key is finding the right product that would be there in front of your potential market when they would need your services the most.
